Capacity:Nominal 80 L/h (water)

Description:Consists of:

A) A SIMES HMG-SAN-2-2M three-piston, double-action homogenizer, capable of operating up to 600 bar of pressure, with a nominal flow rate of 80 L/h;

B) Two hermetic storage tanks made of sanitary AISI 304 stainless steel, with a capacity of 50 L each;

C) Two explosion-proof SEW gear motors, 75 Hz and 0.75 kW;

D) Instrumentation for temperature and pressure monitoring; and

E) A remote control panel.

The system allows for the homogenization of liquid-liquid mixtures and low-consistency solid suspensions. The plant can operate with various solvents, including in explosive atmospheres.
