Brand and model:In-house manufacturing.
Capacity:200–400 kg/hour.
Description:The plant, built within a 20-foot container structure, is divided into two sections: the loading hopper and the pressing area. The hopper, with a capacity of 7 m3, features a moving floor that pushes the biomass onto a conveyor belt, which transports the material to a buffer tank for temporary storage and feeds it into the dosing screw of the pellet press. The press is a horizontal disc type, Kahl brand, model 33-390 CPL. The pellets pass through a vibrating screen to remove fines, then proceed to a cooler where they remain for about 4 minutes, and are finally discharged and packaged.
