a) Monolayer film extruder

b) Multilayer film extruder

Capacity:12 kg/h; films (according to die head) 30 cm wide and 20–45 microns thick.

Description:Three-layer blow extruder equipped with three extruders of 20 mm screw diameter and an L/D ratio of 30. This plant enables the production of multilayer films from different thermoplastic polymers such as polyethylenes, polypropylenes, and biodegradable plastics (polylactic acid, PLA, and polybutylene adipate-co-terephthalate, PBAT).
